About Me

Soledad Le Clainche

I am Dr. Soledad Le Clainche, and I am Professor in Applied Mathematics at the School of Aeronautics ETSIAE-UPM in Spain. I completed my PhD in Aerospace Engineering at this same institution in 2013. In addition to my doctorate, I have earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETSII-UPCT in Spain, a Master's in Fluid Dynamics from the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics in Belgium, and a Master's in Aerospace Engineering from ETSIAE-UPM.

My research interests lie in various fields, including the identification of flow structures, Reduced Order Models, data analysis, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and numerical simulations. Through my work, I aim to contribute to the advancement of these areas of study and ultimately benefit society as a whole.
