Hi, I’m Solat Zaidi—a systems thinker, well-being strategist, and proud graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program, where I became the first Pakistani woman to earn this prestigious degree.
My path bridges diverse disciplines: positive psychology, product leadership, quality assurance, and organizational strategy. On paper, that may seem unconventional. But for me, it all comes down to one purpose: building systems that help people thrive.
Over the past two decades, I’ve served as a Product Owner, QA/Business Analyst, and QA Director, working across global teams to implement ISO 9001-certified quality systems, lead digital transformation initiatives, and ensure human-centered design in highly regulated environments. These roles trained me to connect technical precision with human experience—an essential combination for designing sustainable well-being systems.
Whether I’m designing surveys, guiding strategic transformation, or facilitating meaningful dialogue, I blend science and soul to build cultures of belonging, purpose, and performance.
While I haven’t held traditional marketing roles, my work is grounded in understanding what moves people—and how stories, values, and psychology drive trust, connection, and lasting change.
This site brings together my work, my why, and my vision for what’s possible when data meets heart—and when systems are designed for people first.
Let’s build something meaningful together.
