Why are Hired Help and Business Employees different?
Well, while Occupations like Farmers, Ranchers, and Business Owners are the Solarans who pay for the Renovations and Equipment, Hired Help or Business Employee are the ones who... work!
The Hired Help and Business Employee Occupations are for the Solarans who want to do the daily work without any of the fuss of managing or up-keeping a Farm, Ranch or Business!
There are a number of benefits to being either Hired Help or a Business Employee, just like there's benefits for Farmers, Rancher or Business Owners to hire folks in these roles!

✦ Every Farm, Ranch or Business can hire up to three personnel: Hired Help for Farms and Ranches and Business Employees for Businesses.
✦ Farmers, Ranchers and Business Owners are responsible for Commissioning Renovations to improve their properties. However! The more Renovations a Solaran owns, the more beneficial their place of work becomes!

✦ When Commissioning more Renovations, Members can discuss amongst themselves if they'd like to share the cost and pool together Coins! That means even though the Farmer, Rancher or Business Owner might "own" the Renovation, its addition will ultimately benefit everyone!
✦ If a Farmer, Rancher or Business Owner Cameos their Hired Help or Business Employees, or vice versa, the Coins earned will be DOUBLED what Cameos usually earn!

A member sends a Wanted Ad Request via the drop-down menu found in the Submit Mail channel on the Discord server.
This will open a pop-up form to fill out.
In the form, the member must provide the following information:
Completed Wanted Ad Template - see the Desert Dawn News page
In the Request form, provide a link to your Storage. Make sure the links are clickable!
Wait for a mod to review your request and confirm your character's Wanted Ad. Once you get that confirmation, congratulations! Your character has posted a new Wanted Ad in the Classifieds section of the Desert Dawn News!
