The contest will begin accepting entries on January 6, 2025. Links to the online entry and video upload forms will become active on 1/6/25.

To enter, you will need three things:

1. Entry Form(s) - 2 ways to choose from to submit

2. Release Form(s) - 3 ways to choose from to submit

3. Video File - 4 ways to choose from to submit

*NOTE: ​Participants must be enrolled and in good standing at a Solano County public or private high school or middle school (grades 6-12) or be in a homeschool or alternative school program at the 6th - 12th grade level equivalent.

Entry Form(s) - 2 ways to choose from to submit

• There are separate forms for individual entries and team entries. 

• Both kinds of entry form can be completed online (using a Google Form) or using the pdf versions below. 

• If you enter as a team/group, each team member still needs their own entry form.

Starting January 6th, submit completed forms by email to education@solanorcd.org or by delivering to the Solano RCD office. 

Release Form(s) - 3 ways to choose from to submit

• You may submit your release form(s) by:

  • Completing the Online Release Forms using both links below - one for student signature, and one for parent/guardian signature. 

    • • Please note, the forms are owned by our office manager, Caitlyn Morrissey, so you will see her name pop up during confirmation. Don't worry, this is correct!

      • The Adobe webform service does not require you to have an account or sign in, but it will have you enter the email address of the adult completing the form and click a verification link to submit the form officially. 

      • Your form will only be considered submitted once you have clicked the verification link to make the form official.

• Downloading the PDF below, completing digitally, and emailing to education@solanorcd.org

•  Uploading your video using our Google Form (requires a Google account) OR

• Emailing your video with identifying information to education@solanorcd.org  OR

• Sending your video digitally via a file transfer service like those listed below to education@solanorcd.org  OR
