Disqualification Information
Please carefully read the following information about disqualification. If you have any questions, contact us for clarification.
It is important to note that your entry will be disqualified if any of the following apply.
Your video arrives after the deadline of 5 pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Your video does not focus on the 2025 theme, The Water Cycle: Why we need to Think Outside the Sink
Your video is shorter than 55 seconds or longer than 65 seconds, not counting any final credits if you have them
Your video is submitted as a link rather than a file (such as a video posted on YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, or similar services)
Your video is submitted in a format that requires a fee for downloading or playing
Your video is submitted in a non-permitted file format or with a size of over 250 MB
Your video uses copyrighted material without a license or written permission to use the material
Your video contains material that is offensive or inappropriate for a general audience
The required official Entry and Release Forms for all participants arrive after the 5 pm deadline on Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Your school or educational program is not located within Solano County
You are not a middle school or high school student, or in an educational program with the equivalent of a 6th-12th grade level
