I am a Lecturer in International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing (IBEM) at Queen's Business School, Queen's University Belfast. I am interested in understanding the impact of new technologies on marketing. In particular, my research interests in exploring the benefits and challenges posed by new technologies, such as AI aversion and the digital divide, are deeply intertwined with the marketing perspective on diversity, equity, and inclusion. By examining these issues, I aim to offer practical implications for real-world applications and contribute to the growing body of knowledge in the field of marketing.
