I am a passionate machine leraning researcher, working everyday towards betterment. I like teaching and mentoring, also I love reading and movie.

I born and brought up in a suburbs, 25 km outside of Kolkata, India. Presently I live in Toronto, Canada. When I am not working, I try new culinary creations (soon there will be a page in this site), kitchen gardening (in summer), hiking, and traveling with my family.

Today what I am, or claim to be, it's an effort of many people. I would like to thank my family, especially my wife Mrinmoyee and son Sourik, for always supporting me. Also, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude my supervisors, mentors and well wishers.
