Hello. Assalamu Alaikum.

I'm Md Sohel Rana, a Sales and Marketing professional with over 7 of experience in real estate and service-based industries. 

I have strong expertise in Communications, Negotiations, Branding, Digital marketing, client acquisition, lead generation, site visit coordination, sales conversion, and relationship management. While working at Green Bay Developments limited my marketing initiatives social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, google ads, graphic design, customer engagement, and community building strategies and helped generate 30 percent more qualified leads and directly supported a 20 percent increase in sales conversion.

Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager in Business Development at Sajeda Enterprise, where I manage client coordination, pricing strategy, revenue tracking, and operational planning. This role has enhanced my ability to work under pressure, achieve sales targets, and maintain long-term client relationships.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate with a major in Marketing at Daffodil International University and a Master’s degree in Marketing at Jagannath University and I would like to pursue a career in Marketing Expert.
