The Indians in OA seminar is an intiative for young researchers (mainly PhD students and post-docs) working on operator algebras and related topics. Currently we form reading groups on various topics and have biweekly online talks on Thursdays at 8 PM IST (3:30 or 4:30 PM CET depending on daylight saving). The goal of this seminar is to have one platform for Indian researchers in these fields to know each other and to advertise their research interests.
The seminar is currently co-organised by Manish Kumar (KU Leuven), Chinmay Tamhankar (IIT Madras) and myself. If you would like to be a part of the mailing list, please reach out to one of us. Please note that the seminar is not in any way strictly restricted to Indians, please feel free to participate irrespective of nationality.
