⁠kiomet Emergency Minor Update 8/19/2024

- Count higher than 255 of each tower

- Fix intermittent crash on startup

- Add support for temporary/private servers

- Begin integrating new UI translation system

Emergency 11/4/2024

Entire Europe datacenter failed for 10m, affecting all Kiomet servers. New servers have updated code, although there are no notable, visible changes.
