🛠 How It Works – Quarterly Awards

Step 1: Application Period (2 months)

• Every quarter, community members have 1 months to submit applications for each award.

• Applications are submitted through Google Forms, where nominees provide their information, achievements, and reasons for consideration.

• Applications can be for moderators, games, clans, projects, or countries that have made a positive impact in the Softbear Games community.

Step 2: Nominee Campaign Period (1 month)

• After the application period ends, finalists are announced.

• Each nominee has 1 month to share their nomination and encourage the community to vote.

• Promotion can be done via Discord, social media, or other Softbear Games community channels.
  
  

Step 3: Voting Period (1 month)

• Community members vote for finalists through Google Forms.

• Only one vote per person is allowed, and votes are carefully monitored to ensure fairness.
  
  

Step 4: Winners Announcement

• Winners are revealed on the Winners Page at the end of the quarter.

• Past winners are archived by quarter and year for future reference.
  
  

Year-End Awards Note

• The final quarter of the year is replaced with the Yearly Awards.

• During this period, nominations and voting cover the entire year’s achievements, instead of just the quarter.

• Yearly winners are announced at the end of the year and archived alongside quarterly winners.
  
  

⚠️ Rules & Warning

• One vote per person — duplicate votes will be disqualified.

• No fake or spam entries — false applications or impersonation will be removed.

• Staff decisions are final — any disputes or violations may result in disqualification.

• Respect the process — nominees may promote themselves, but cheating, spamming, or attempting to manipulate votes is strictly prohibited.
  
  

Participating means you agree to follow the rules and help keep the awards fair and fun for everyone.

The Softbear Games Server Awards are committed to fairness, integrity, and transparency throughout the nomination and voting process. 

• All applications are reviewed to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. 

• Finalists are selected based on eligibility and relevance to the award category.

• Voting results are monitored for suspicious or duplicate activity. Any invalid or unfair votes may be removed. 

• The awards team reserves the right to disqualify any nominee or vote that violates the rules.

• Staff decisions are final to maintain the integrity of the awards.

Our goal is to create a fair and respectful system that recognizes genuine contributions and encourages positive community engagement.
