Hey, I’m Sofiya, a Structural Engineering and Architecture student who believes buildings should be both ergonomic and beautiful.

Currently studying at The University of Sheffield doing MEng Structural Engineering and Architecture degree accredited with RIBA Part I, ARB, JBM, and others. My favourite subjects are computational design, geotechnics and structural analysis. I love designing complex structures such as bridges or kinetic elements, as well as experimenting with different kinds of art.

By the way, along with my studies, I love travelling and immersing myself in cultures. I was born in Russia, have studied in the United Kingdom and Singapore, worked in Germany, and have visited another 25 countries. Along with this, I am constantly improving my language skills and so far can speak English, Russian, Italian and German.
