Design Thinking Pre-SoFerence Online Workshop

Design Thinking begins with Understanding library users - to defining their problem - to designing solution - in a human-centric way.

In this pre-conference workshop, we will begin with the process of identifying the serious recurring big challenges that participating libraries are facing in the areas like services, spaces, footfalls, change management, user engagement, user experience, staff enrichment etc.

The shortlisted areas will be taken up at the in-person workshop to ideate and explore impacting solutions.

Design Thinking Workshop During SoFerence

The workshop will be conducted as below –

Step 1- Groups of willing participants will be created.

Step 2- Each group will brainstorm on the assigned challenge to ideate solutions.

Step 3- Each group representative will make a presentation which could be a poster, PPT, Charts, Storytelling etc.

All through the process, TCS experts will be monitoring, guiding, and supporting the groups.

The workshop will be concluded by highlighting the roadmaps that emerge from the entire Design Thinking process.
