Ordering Shoes through Shoes For Crews - Payroll

• Review the “Order Summary” and click “Checkout”

• Search for Work Location by entering:

• 74550001 if you’re a Food Service worker OR 

• 74550002 if you’re EVS Then click “Search”

• Click “Select”

• Enter your information under “Your Info”

• Under “Shipping Info,” enter the business address. Use “Janibreez Paredes” for Attention: First Name and Last Name. 

• When prompted to “Choose Shipping Speed”, select “Guaranteed Delivery in 3 Business Days or Less $7.98” Click Continue

• Under Payment Info, select “Bill to Account.” Click Continue.

• Click Complete Order.

• Your order is now waiting manager approval.

• Click the Voluntary Deduction Form, Complete and Turn into HR to process your payments.

*Orders will not be approved if you enter shipping info other than the Business Address. Please be sure to ship to Business Address.
