Employee Self Service (ESS) on the ADP payroll portal lets you:
View benefits news, company announcements and frequently asked questions
Set up and manage Direct Deposit / Electronic Pay
Change your Federal Income Tax withholdings
View and print pay statements and W-2 forms
Choose to receive
Update your mailing address, phone number and email address
Self-report your disability status
List emergency contacts and dependents
Note: This does not change your benefits

Donate to the Sodexo Foundation and Employee Disaster Relief Fund
First, check your personal email and phone number on My Benefits and Pay.
(You may have shared a personal email address when you applied for your job.)
If you don’t have a personal email address on file, call the Employee Service Center at Phone: 877-PAYSDXO (877-729-7396) to register for ESS
If any of your information on My Benefits and Pay is wrong, talk to your manager about updating it
Click Create Account
Click the Find Me button
Enter your Email Address or Mobile Phone Number
Click Search
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Country and Social Security Number or your Employee ID
Click Search
When your record is found, click on Send Me an Email so ADP can send you a verification code
Check your email and enter the ADP verification code
(The code expires after 15 minutes.)
Add a phone number and check if you wish to receive text messages about your account
Create a Password for your account and click on Create Your Account
Select three security questions and answers to use to verify your identity and protect your account. Click on Continue, and your account will be created.
Respond to the message sent to your mobile phone within 24 hours to activate your account
After you activate your account, go to Employee Self Service (ESS) / ADP Portal to view your paychecks.
Call the Employee Service Center at Phone: 877-PAYSDXO (877-729-7396)
Choose a language preference
Press Option 3 twice
We'll ask you to provide some personal information to confirm your identity
Check your email for a Personal Registration Code
(The code expires after 15 days.)
Click Create Account
Click the I Have a Registration Code button
Enter your registration code
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Country and Social Security Number or your Employee ID
Click Continue
Add a phone number and check if you wish to receive text messages about your account and click Continue
Create a Password for your account and click on Create Your Account
Select three security questions and answers to use to verify your identity and protect your account
Click Continue to create your account
Respond to the message sent to your mobile phone within 24 hours to activate your account
After you activate your account, go to Employee Self Service (ESS) / ADP Portal to view your paychecks.
Be sure to log in to the ADP Portal every few months to make sure your Email Address, Phone Number and Notification Preferences are up to date.
Go to the Employee Self Service (ESS) / ADP Portal
Enter your User ID and Password
Update Your Contact Information
To update your email, click Personal Information / Addresses
Click Edit
To update your phone number, click Personal Information / Phone Numbers
Click the link to update an existing phone number or click Add New
Update Your Notification Preferences
Click Personal Information / Notification Preferences
Update your information
Click Save
You will continue to have ESS access for three years
If ADP sends notifications to your Sodexo email address, be sure to update your notifications preferences to a personal email address
