Addressing educational and technological inequalities requires a commitment to researching and understanding how and why these barriers are preventing equal access to resources. The Broad Model has shown that tackling this challenge demands more than a single-discipline approach. It requires examining the social structures that create inequality, advocating for the voices of those affected, and questioning the implications of inaction. We must advocate for policies that prioritize additional funding for under-resourced schools, promote digital literacy, and ensure technology is available to all students regardless of their background. Education is the primary tool needed to ensure that our public increases knowledge and that it is used to solve global challenges. By continuing to approach this issue with empathy, ethical reasoning, and critical thinking, we can work towards creating a more inclusive system that values equal opportunities for all learners.
