By downloading, installing, or using SocialRecovery (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
SocialRecovery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal and lawful use, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party;
Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
SocialRecovery is a chat viewer application that allows users to view and organize chat history files that they have lawfully exported from messaging platforms using official export tools.
The App:
Does not access messaging accounts;
Does not recover data from external servers;
Does not bypass security measures or platform restrictions.
Users are solely responsible for:
Exporting their data using lawful and authorized methods;
Ensuring they have the legal right to upload, view, and process the data;
Complying with all applicable laws and the terms of the messaging platforms involved.
The App must not be used to access, view, or process data belonging to others without proper authorization.
SocialRecovery may offer optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features such as:
Unlimited chat export
Faster processing speeds
Priority access to improvements
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
All payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
Export file compatibility may vary depending on platform and format;
Messaging platforms may change export structures at any time;
SocialRecovery does not guarantee compatibility with all export versions.
SocialRecovery is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted and is not responsible for data loss, incorrect file parsing, or issues caused by third-party export tools.
SocialRecovery is an independent application. All third-party trademarks, logos, and platform names belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. This license will terminate automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement.
These Terms of Use and this EULA may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
