Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SocialMarks: Bookmark Links mobile application ("App", "SocialMarks", "Service") operated by SocialMarks ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SocialMarks. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use SocialMarks with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
SocialMarks is a personal bookmark manager that allows you to save, organize, tag, search, and manage web links on your device. The App stores your bookmarks locally on your device using an on-device database. SocialMarks is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
SocialMarks does not require you to create a user account or provide personal information to use the core features of the App. A randomized anonymous identifier is generated locally on your device for internal analytics purposes only.
SocialMarks offers both a free tier and an optional Premium upgrade. The free tier provides core bookmark saving and organizing functionality. Premium unlocks advanced features including iCloud Sync across all your Apple devices, enhanced search, sort, filter, and collection management tools.
Premium is available through the following purchase options:
Weekly subscription (auto-renewing)
Annual subscription (auto-renewing)
Lifetime purchase (one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase)
Current pricing is displayed on the purchase screen within the App and on the applicable store page (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before purchase. Prices may vary by region and currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.

The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that grants permanent access to all Premium features.
It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. No further charges will be made after the initial purchase.
This purchase is tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) and can be restored on the same platform using the "Restore Purchases" feature within the App.
The Lifetime purchase is non-transferable between platforms (e.g., a Lifetime purchase made on iOS cannot be transferred to Android, and vice versa).
You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscriptions at any time:
On iOS (Apple): Open Settings on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → select SocialMarks → Cancel Subscription.
On Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select SocialMarks → Cancel subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Note: The Lifetime purchase does not require cancellation as it does not auto-renew.
If you reinstall the App or switch to a new device on the same platform, you can restore your previous purchases (including the Lifetime purchase) by using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's Settings. Restoration requires that you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, depending on your platform. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies. This applies to both auto-renewing subscriptions and the Lifetime one-time purchase.
You retain all rights to the content you save in SocialMarks, including URLs, notes, tags, and collection names ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Your bookmarks and collections are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or store your bookmark data on our servers.
Premium users may optionally enable iCloud Sync, which syncs your bookmark database to your own personal iCloud account via Apple's iCloud Documents service. This data is stored in your iCloud account and managed entirely by Apple, we do not have access to it, and it is not transmitted to our servers. iCloud Sync is available on iOS only and requires an active Premium subscription or a Lifetime purchase.
You are solely responsible for the links and content you save. SocialMarks does not monitor, review, endorse, or assume liability for any third-party content accessible through saved links.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
Use the App to store, organize, or distribute links to illegal content
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
Use the App in a manner that violates the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, icons, and overall appearance, is the property of SocialMarks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store terms.
SocialMarks integrates with the following third-party services:
Apple App Store: for iOS distribution, payments, and subscription management
Google Play Store: for Android distribution, payments, and subscription management
Firebase (Google): for analytics, crash reporting, anonymous authentication, and feedback storage
RevenueCat: for cross-platform subscription management and validation
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and SocialMarks, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or liabilities. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play's Terms of Service regarding the use of the App, Google Play's Terms of Service shall prevail with respect to Google Play-specific matters.
SocialMarks is available for download worldwide through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, except in France. We reserve the right to modify the geographic availability of the App at any time without prior notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the App will be corrected
Links saved within the App will remain accessible on their original platforms
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites or resources linked through bookmarks saved in the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCIALMARKS, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SocialMarks and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SocialMarks regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
