Best Poster Award

We are pleased to announce three awards that will be presented at the closing of the workshop:

• Best Extended Abstract – selected by the organizers
  
  

• Best Student Extended Abstract – selected by the organizers
  
  

• Best Presentation – determined through a combined evaluation:
  
  

  • 50% participant voting
    
    

  • 50% evaluation by the organizers
    
    

The assessment will consider aspects such as clarity, impact, and quality of the presentation. Detailed instructions for voting will be provided during the event, and we warmly encourage all participants to take part in the process.

In addition, the design ideas developed during the collaborative sessions will not be competitively evaluated but will serve as seeds for future research. Participants will be invited to expand these concepts into extended contributions for a possible special issue (e.g., in the Empathic Computing Journal), ensuring continuity and visibility for the creative outcomes of the workshop.
