Diocesan Catholic Soccer Tournament 

Hosted by Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church – Paris, Texas 

A Catholic soccer tournament bringing together parishes across our diocese for faith, fellowship, competition, and community. Inspired by the Communio Diocesan Cup hosted by the Diocese of Dallas.

• Saturday, September 12, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

• Sunday, September 13, 2026, 10am - 5pm

Eligibility & Team Approval

Per the official Communio CSSC 11v11 Rulebook

•  Players must be practicing Catholics in good standing (Sunday Mass, annual Confession, Easter Eucharist, Holy Days, fast & abstinence, stewardship) and permanent residents within their own parish they represent

• Players must be 18 years old by the tournament date

• Current or committed collegiate athletes are not eligible; former collegiate athletes are eligible

• Current professional players may play — limited to a maximum of 3 per roster

• Government-issued photo ID required at every game; rosters are checked before each match

Team Registration

Registration Fee: $150

This fee helps cover:

• Referee fees

• Field preparation

• Water and first‑aid supplies
