TERMS OF SERVICE for Soccer Coach Tactic Board: VA

By downloading or using Soccer Coach Tactic Board: VA ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms and these Terms.

2. Use of the App

The App is for creating, organizing, presenting, and sharing soccer tactics, boards, phases, teams, player details, and drawings for personal or internal team use.

3. Free Access, Pro Access, and Subscriptions

3.1 Some features of the App are available only with "Pro" access. Pro access is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, as shown in the App at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price.

3.4 You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals. Your current period stays active until it ends.

3.5 If a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription or lifetime access, where applicable. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically.

3.6 Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.7 You can restore previous purchases on any device signed in to the same Apple ID by using "Restore Purchases" in the App.

3.8 Prices, features, and what is included with Pro may change. Price changes to an existing subscription are handled under Apple's rules, including any required notice or consent.

4. Existing (Version 1) Users

If you downloaded the App before version 2.0, you keep access to the features that were available to you in version 1, as recognized from your App Store purchase record. Features introduced in version 2.0 or later may require Pro access.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; not to try to bypass purchase or access restrictions; not to interfere with the App's operation; and not to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you create, import, export, or share using the App.

6. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any photos, logos, images, names, or other material you add to the App or share from it, including player names and photos of other people.

7. Storage, iCloud Sync, Backups, and Data Loss

7.1 Your content is stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud Sync (a Pro feature), your content is also stored in your private iCloud account and synced across your devices through Apple's iCloud service.

7.2 Sync depends on Apple's iCloud availability, your iCloud account status and storage, and network conditions. It may be delayed or unavailable.

7.3 The App lets you export backup files. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or unsynced content.

8. Exports and Sharing

The App lets you export boards as images, PDFs, or backup files and share them through iOS sharing options. Once you share content outside the App, it is subject to the terms and practices of the recipient and of the service you use to share it.

9. Third-Party and Apple Services

The App relies on services provided by third parties, including Apple (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, Photos picker, Mail, and the share sheet) and RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. No Professional or Match-Critical Guarantee

The App is a planning and visualization tool. You should check tactics, lineups, and player details before relying on them in training or matches.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. This includes errors in boards, player details, imported images, exports, or synced content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

These Terms stay in effect until terminated. Your rights under them end automatically if you breach them. When that happens, you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law or Apple's policies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
