This Privacy Policy explains how Soccer Coach Tactic Board: VA ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 No accounts. You do not need to create an account to use the App.

1.2 Your content. Teams, boards, phases, player details (such as names and numbers), drawings, animations, logos, and photos you add are stored on your device. We do not collect this content, and we do not send it to our own servers.

1.3 Purchase information. If you start a free trial, subscribe, or buy lifetime access, Apple processes the payment. We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to check whether your purchase is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier created by the App, your App Store purchase and subscription history (such as product, transaction dates, and renewal status), and basic technical information (such as device type, OS version, App version, country or storefront, and IP address). This information is not linked to your name or email address. We do not receive your payment card details.

1.4 Version 1 eligibility. To recognize users who downloaded the App before version 2.0, the App reads your App Store purchase record (the original App version) on your device using Apple's StoreKit. This check happens on your device and is not sent to us.

2. How the App Processes Data

Your content is processed on your device to provide the App's features: creating and editing boards, animating phases, managing teams, and exporting images, PDFs, and backup files. Purchase information is used only to provide and restore Pro access, prevent misuse of purchases, and help with purchase support.

3. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you have Pro access and turn on iCloud Sync, your App content is stored in your private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit service and synced across devices signed in to the same Apple ID. This data sits in your own iCloud account. We, as the developer, cannot access it. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. You can turn off iCloud Sync in the App's Settings at any time. Data already stored in iCloud can be managed in your device's iCloud settings.

4. Permissions We Use

4.1 Photos. The App uses the system photo picker only when you choose a team logo or player photo. The App receives only the images you select.

4.2 Notifications/background. The App may receive silent background notifications from iCloud to keep synced content up to date. It does not send you marketing notifications.

5. Exports, Backups, and Sharing

When you export a board as an image or PDF, or create a backup file, the file is created on your device. You choose where it goes (for example Files, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or another app). Once shared, the file is subject to the privacy practices of the recipient and of the service you use.

6. Third-Party Services and Platform Features

The App uses:

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. The App does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. Purchase information is shared only with Apple and RevenueCat as described above, or when required by law.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

8.1 Content on your device is kept until you delete it or delete the App, subject to iOS storage and device backup behavior.

8.2 Content in iCloud stays in your iCloud account until you delete it in the App (with sync on) or through your iCloud settings.

8.3 Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide purchases, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. To ask for deletion of purchase data held by RevenueCat in connection with the App, contact us at the email below.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Most of your data stays on your device or in your own iCloud account, so you can manage it directly. For anything else, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
