Orofacial disease: any disorder affecting the mouth, jaws, and face—including teeth, gingiva/oral mucosa, salivary glands, temporomandibular joint, masticatory muscles, and related craniofacial nerves. 

Research purpose: to identify pathogenic genes and causal relationship with systemic diseases
