SnooZen was designed exclusively to run on the Apple Watch. Charge your watch to 100% prior to going to bed. Set your health metrics (Low 02 saturation level, Low and High Respirations, and Low and High Heart Rate). Once you click the Start Monitoring SnooZen will ask for permission to use your microphone and it will detect and notify you if you are snoring. The snore notification starts as a subtle haptic and increases in intensity if the snoring continues. If snoring continues an audible alert (chime) is added to the notification followed by a strong haptic and louder audible notification. These notifications will continue if the snoring continues. O2 saturation can be impacted by restricted breathing and the user will receive an alert if the Apple Watch has a reporting O2 sensor that detects an O2 saturation less than the user specified boundary. Low and High Respirations can be detected by the Apple Watch and SnooZen will send a voice alert and strong haptic if the breaths per minute fall out of the user defined boundary. User defined High or Low heart rate boundary notifications will generate an voice alert and strong haptic. These out of bounds alerts are designed to awaken the user to notify them that the Apple Watch monitors are detecting issues that may need your attention. Do not use SnooZen or the Apple Watch to diagnose, treat or prevent illness. The Apple Watch and SnooZen are not medical equipment.
