Usage Plans & Subscriptions
Overview
Snippets Express currently offers three unique usage plans to its users: Trial, Free, and Premium.
When installing and using the add-on for the first time, users are by default enrolled into the Trial Plan for the first 14 days from installation. As part of this plan, users can experience the full functionality of Snippets Express for a limited duration of time for free. Upon the expiration of the trial period,
Users on the Free Plan may continue to use Snippets Express beyond the trial period without charge. However, their use may be subject to limitations such as restrictions on the quantity and frequency of certain operations as well as the unavailability of certain features of Snippets Express.
Premium Plan users are entitled to receive, over the period of their plan's duration, access to the full functionality of Snippets Express without limitation (including any new features released during the subscription period) and e-mail support to resolve questions, challenges and concerns relating to their use of Snippets Express.
Upgrading to a Premium Plan
Follow these steps to initiate the checkout process for a Premium Plan subscription:
1. Click the gear icon at the top right corner of the sidebar menu. This will open the configurations menu.
2. In the configurations menu, click on Subscription Options. This will open a dialog.
3. In the dialog, choose a plan that fits your needs and anticipated usage. Click on the Upgrade button corresponding to that plan. This will open a new browser tab for the checkout page.
4. Complete the checkout process in the new tab by filling out the form with your payment information. Click the Pay button pay the stated amount. If successful, you will be redirected to a page that confirms your payment was received.
5. Wait for 5 minutes for your subscription to become active. Then restart Snippets Express to receive access to the features enabled by your upgrade.
