Astronomy and Science Popularization

Member of a group for science popularization in citizens (CCS)

We at CCS, work as a bridge between society and research institutes and have initiated many research projects and science outreach programs where citizens and researchers are working together.

Ex. ‘Satark’ Landslide Alert system, Nature 24, observing nature for monitoring seasonal changes, Project Sahyadri – Documenting Geo- Climate and Biodiversity of Western Ghats. etc.

Khagol Vishwa is a group of amateur astronomers who observes astronomical objects and events, organize sky-watching sessions for common citizens, etc.
