My SWOT analysis elaborates the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that I have come across as an English language teacher within my classroom. Through this, I have come to a realisation regarding the areas that need improvement and guided the development of my Action Research Project, that follows Collaborative Task-Baed Language Learning (TBLL) approach to develop student's enthusiasm,engagement and communication skills through real-life tasks

The above SWOT analysis guided me to identify how the strengths I have observed can encourage the successful utilisation of Task-Based Language Leaning (TBLL) within my classroom. On the other hand, the weaknesses such as limited time and having no access to new technology addresses the need of more creative and well-structured lesson planning of lessons and relevant collaborative activities. These observations and experiences have shaped my Action Research project which motivates learner centredness, engagement and communicative competence through collaborative tasks.
