The Google form point tracker is how we keep track of your participation in Hawk SNA activities. Please be sure to submit an entry after each event you participate in!

The Master Point List is just a few examples of what's eligible for points.
Remember that the primary way to earn points is by participating in the events that we host for you!
PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE PICTURES OF ANY AND ALL EVENTS/ACTIVITIES YOU PARTICIPATE IN AND ATTACH THEM TO YOUR POINT TRACKER GOOGLE FORM FOR PARTICIPATION PROOF!
You MUST reach the point requirement for your
specific program to qualify for a SNAP cord for graduation.
*** REMEMBER TO TAKE PICTURES OF ANY AND ALL EVENTS YOU PARTICIPATE IN. SPECIFICALLY THESE OUTSIDE EVENTS THAT AREN'T HOSTED BY Hawk SNA. ***
This is your only form of proof for participation, so it's important to remember this to attach to your point tracker!
