These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SnapPost mobile application and related services (“Service”) operated by Snappost

By creating an account or using SnapPost, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that you use SnapPost for a business or professional purpose you are authorized to represent.

2. The Service

SnapPost helps you create social media posts using AI, apply poster templates, and publish or schedule content to connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI-generated captions and images may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure

• All activity under your account

• Providing accurate business and contact information

Notify us immediately at isantoshbairagi@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connecting social accounts

By connecting Meta accounts, you authorize SnapPost to access and use the permissions you grant solely to publish and schedule posts on your behalf. You must have admin rights to the Facebook Page and Instagram Business account you connect.

You may disconnect at any time in Settings. Disconnecting stops future publishing but may not delete content already posted to social platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights

• Upload content you do not own or lack permission to use

• Post misleading, harmful, illegal, or infringing material

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

• Use the Service to spam or automate harmful activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain ownership of photos and materials you upload. You grant SnapPost a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (including AI processing and publishing to platforms you select).

Our content: SnapPost software, templates, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed through normal use of the app.

AI output: Captions and hashtags generated by AI are provided as suggestions. We do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Subscriptions and billing (SnapPost Pro)

Free plan includes limited features as described in the app.
SnapPost Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly, 6-month, and yearly options.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• Manage or cancel in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions

• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not control store refund decisions

• Prices may change; any change will follow platform rules and applicable notice requirements

Restore purchases using the in-app Restore option where available.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, specific reach or engagement on social platforms, or error-free AI output.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPPOST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000 / USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapPost from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including Meta platform policies).

11. Termination

You may stop using SnapPost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in [City, State], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at [https://snappost.app/terms] with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
