# Privacy Policy — ShuttR Lamp (Android)

ShuttR Lamp ("the app") is developed by Snapback. It is a companion to ShuttR Check that turns the device's screen into a plain white light source.

## Short version

ShuttR Lamp collects no data of any kind. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and makes no network requests. It works entirely offline.

## What the app does

ShuttR Lamp displays a full-screen white light and lets you adjust its brightness and warmth. That's all. It exists to give ShuttR Check a steady, uniform light to measure against.

## No data collection

- The app has no user accounts and requires no sign-in.

- It does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

- It uses no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.

- It requests no permissions — not even internet access — and sends nothing off your device.

- It does not access your camera, photos, contacts, location, or files.

- It does not track you across other apps or websites.

While the light is on, the app raises the brightness of its own window and keeps the screen awake. Your system brightness setting is not changed, and everything returns to normal as soon as you leave the app. The only thing the app stores is a single on-device flag remembering that you've seen the introduction screen; it is never backed up, recorded elsewhere, or transmitted.

## Children's privacy

Since the app collects no data of any kind, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children.

## Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the app's Google Play listing accordingly.
