By downloading or using the Snapback application ("Snapback" or the "App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Snapback is provided by Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Snapback on an iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not: copy or modify the App; extract, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; or create derivative works based on the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
Snapback is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are handled by Apple. All billing is processed exclusively by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment or billing information.
Prices are subject to change. Any price change will apply only after we notify you and, where required, obtain your consent in accordance with Apple's rules.
Some features require an internet connection, including the AI editing assistant. To support use without a constant connection, the App validates your subscription with Apple from time to time and stores a validation token locally on your device, allowing continued access to on-device features for a limited period while offline. If your subscription cannot be validated for an extended period, access to subscription features may be limited until validation succeeds.
Snapback includes an AI editing assistant that interprets your typed requests to suggest photo adjustments. You understand and agree that:
The results are generated automatically and may not always match your expectations.
Only the text of your request is sent off your device to power this feature; your images are not sent. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.
The feature depends on a third-party AI provider and an internet connection, and may be unavailable or change over time.
You retain all rights to the photos you capture and edit with Snapback. We claim no ownership over your images and have no access to them. You are solely responsible for your use of the App and for ensuring that your photography complies with all applicable laws, including the privacy and property rights of others.
The App, and all of its content, features, and functionality (excluding your photos) — including its software, design, text, and branding — are and remain the exclusive property of Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.
Snapback stores your images locally on your device. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your images using the App's backup or transfer features or your own storage, because images stored only on a single device can be lost if the device is lost, damaged, or reset. We are not responsible for any loss of images or data.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
