Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Snapback mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data remains in your control.
Snapback is designed with a "zero-knowledge" philosophy.
No Accounts: You do not need to create an account or provide an email to use Snapback.
No Image Access: We do not have access to the photos or videos you take. All images (DNGs) are processed and stored locally on your device or your chosen cloud provider.
To improve app performance and stability, we use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google). This collects anonymized data, such as:
Device model and OS version.
App crashes and performance logs.
General usage patterns (e.g., which features are used most). This data is de-identified and cannot be used to contact or identify you personally.
To function, Snapback requires the following permissions:
Camera: To capture RAW images and provide a live preview.
Photo Library/Gallery: To save captured images and allow you to edit them within the app.

By downloading or using Snapback, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Snapback on iOS devices that you own or control. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app or translate the app into other languages.
Snapback is a paid application requiring a one-time upfront payment.
There are no subscriptions or hidden in-app purchases for additional features.
Payments are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. Phebsoft does not collect your credit card or billing information.
The Snapback app, its original content (excluding user-generated photos), features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. and its licensors.
You own the copyright to any images you take with Snapback. We claim no ownership over your photos. You are responsible for ensuring your photography complies with local laws.
Snapback is provided "as is." While we strive for professional-grade stability, Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. is not liable for any data loss (e.g., lost photos due to device failure) or hardware damage resulting from the use of the app. We recommend regularly backing up your RAW files to external storage or cloud services.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
