SnagSnap - Terms of Use (EULA)

1.Acceptance
By downloading or using SnagSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SnagSnap on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3.SnagSnap Pro
SnagSnap is free to download and use with limits (two projects, two photos per item, and the Classic report template with a watermark). SnagSnap Pro unlocks unlimited projects, up to 20 photos per item, the Modern and Compact report templates, your own branding with no watermark, report filters, contractor work packs, floor plans, re-inspection mode, dictation and on-device AI writing, CSV export, duplication and client sign-off. Features may be added or changed over time.
4.Subscriptions and billing
SnagSnap Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings at any time.
5.Free trial
New subscribers to the annual plan may receive a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription or lifetime access.
6.Lifetime purchase
The lifetime purchase unlocks SnagSnap Pro for the Apple Account that bought it, for as long as the app is available on the App Store. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
7.Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms (reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot grant refunds directly.
8.Your reports
SnagSnap is a recording and reporting tool. It does not provide surveying, legal or construction advice, and reports made with it are not a professional opinion. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for how your reports are used.
9.Your data
Your data stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups; we are not liable for loss of data.
10.Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11.Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
13.Apple
These Terms are between you and A I K A T E K LTD only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or handle any claims relating to the app.
14.Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
