I am an artist and photographer living between Amsterdam and New York, drawn to the body as a site of story. Through editorial work, portraiture, street photography, and photojournalism, I seek the moments where a person's interior life surfaces — in the angle of a shoulder, a fleeting expression, the way someone occupies a city.
My practice is rooted in the study of psychology and cultural sustainability — ways of understanding how identity is constructed, how communities hold meaning across time, and what gets preserved or lost in the image of a person. I bring those questions into every frame: who is seen, how they are seen, and what that seeing says about the world we share.
I believe the human form is inexhaustible. A portrait can hold grief and humor and desire all at once. Moving between the directness of New York and the considered pace of Amsterdam, I find myself drawn to the friction between those two ways of being in the world — and to the people who carry their own contradictions just as openly.

Current Project
Currently, I am working on my HOME project
When I say “home” i ask, what makes you feel at “home” what brings you this feeling of familiarity and comfort? what brings you a sense of security? what words and feelings do you attach to home? and what people, places, rituals or things make you feel this way?
I realized the beauty of many people just as myself, coming to a new place that is at first so foreign but making it their “home” through both the juxtaposition of the old and new. i mean this both literally and metaphorically! what people, places, or things made you feel at “home” in your new identity? place in your life, etc?
