The Saint Mary’s University Women In Business Society (WIBS) is committed to empowering young women as they transition from students to professionals. We provide a platform that offers confidence, connections, and knowledge to support their career journeys.

We aim to enhance visibility and recognition for women in business, inspiring them to achieve their goals. We will connect members with role models and mentors for guidance, offer workshops and events for skill development, and build a supportive community that fosters confidence and meaningful connections, promoting a more inclusive business environment. 

We plan to host fun, engaging, and professional development events during the academic year for our members. This will allow our members to connect with each other and business professionals in industries that interest them!
