The Youth Task Force

About the YTF

Established in 2020, the San Marcos Youth Task Force is a youth-led organization focused on community service and providing insight into the needs of youth in the greater San Marcos area. The Task Force currently consists of 16 members grades 8th - 12th.

Youth Task Force Initiatives

Members volunteered at Farmer Fred's Spring Carnival and helped facilitate events.

The YTF collaborated with the San Marcos Housing Authority to host a Valentine's Day gathering for senior residents.

The group volunteered at the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter and made toys for the cats and dogs.
