Takahiro Muranaka Lab.
Superconducting Material Science Lab.
Our laboratory aims to develop new superconductors.
In the development of new materials, we approach the new materials through a cycle consisting of:
[ Material Design ⇒ Material Synthesis ⇒ Characterization ⇒ Feedback of Evaluation Results into Material Design and Synthesis ]
New discoveries are determined by the combination of ideas, persistence, and luck. (this is strictly my personal opinion...)
Aiming for "High-temperature Superconductivity"!!
I want each individual to embrace the mindset of a researcher from the very moment they become involved in research, and to discover and experience the joy of research and experimentation.
Research introduction videos, etc.
You can watch a video introducing the laboratory (~1 min., in Japanese) on the "VideoUEC" YouTube channel of the University of Electro-Communications.
You can watch a video introducing the research (~11 min.30 sec., in Japanese) on the original website of the Apploed Physics Program, Department of Engineering Science (Cluster III), at the University of Electro-Communications.
You can view the interior of the laboratories in Building East 6 via the VR tour of the Department of Engineering Science on the University of Electro-Communications website.
