how to look after yourself during the revision period

This page offers general advice for staying healthy through what can be a very stressful time. If you need more support than this though please let Mr Shaw or your tutor know. Millie, our pastoral worker, Emma and Helen, our learning mentors, and our school counsellor, are all on hand to provide additional support in school. You can out find more information about this support on our post-16 school support page as well as links to external support.

Remember that you are not alone. Talking to someone about how you feel can make things better. Exams are important, but your health must come first. And if you are feeling well-rested and healthy, you will revise more productively, so do not think that giving yourself a well-earned break is wasted time.
