Our mission is to:

• Glorify God through music;

• Proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ; and

• Provide opportunities for Christian growth, inspiration, fellowship, and mission service to our members.

This Singing Men of Texas® choir is comprised of Baptist Worship Leaders, Pastors, other church and associational staff, as well as Worship Choir members who are actively involved in the music ministries of their respective churches in the Southeast Texas area.

The choir meets once each month from September to May (except December and the Easter month) for an afternoon rehearsal (Thursday) and an evening concert. The music spans the spectrum of Christian music from choral classics to contemporary Praise and Worship.

The choir is looking for:

• Singers--Tenor 1 and 2, Baritones, and Basses

• Instrumentalists--keyboard, brass, guitar, woodwind, string

• Audio engineer, Worship Media manager
