New scouts must complete the following forms:

1. BSA Registration Form CLICK HERE to Complete

Print and complete for every new Scout. Scouts WILL NOT be officially registered until form is submitted. Delay in submitting the form may result in the scout missing advancements.

2. BSA Health & Medical Form A & B CLICK HERE to Complete

Print and complete Part A & B of the form for each Scout.

Scouts may not be allowed to participate in events or activities if we have not received the form.

3. Participating Family BSA Health & Medical Forms CLICK HERE to Complete

Print and complete Part A & B of the form for EVERY ADULT or SIBLING who will participate in ANY ACTIVITY this year.

Adults & Siblings WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to camp with us if we do not have this form.

4. Photocopy of Health Insurance for Scouts and Participating Adults & Siblings

5. Pack 62 Information Form CLICK HERE to Complete Online
