Graduate Carrel Request Form - 4th floor carrels can be reserved by graduate students (DMA or PhD students). Please have them fill out this online form to request for the academic year.
Missing Item Request - If you find an item listed as available in our catalog but it is missing from the shelf, please fill out this form. We will search for the item and notify you if we find it or if we need to purchase a replacement. Additionally, if you would like to request the missing item through interlibrary loan, please add a note to the ILL request form indicating that the item is missing from the shelf.
Visitor Guideline - The Sibley Music Library is a private library serving the Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester. In addition to University of Rochester students, faculty, and staff, music educators, music students from area colleges and visiting researchers are welcome to register at the circulation desk as guest users of the library. Students under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
