Meet Us

My name is Emilee and I was an avid social dancer living over any hour away from the SML area. When I officially moved here I was SO excited to get involved in the local dance scene just to find out... there wasn't one! There was no way I wanted to drive over an hour every time I wanted to dance, so SML Dance Company was born.

Combining my experience as a team coach for over 14 years with PGA and dancer for 10 years as well as my husbands PhD and NSCA CSCS certification, we now proudly offer dance classes, personal training, fitness classes, and social dance parties for all abilities. Having danced or trained in just about every east coast state, many neighboring states, and multiple countries, I have a passion for dance that I am just dying to share with you!!
