OJAI RETREAT SCHEDULE 2019
Friday :
prior to 3:00 pm ....you are welcome to arrive before 3:00 pm and unload your props in the Main meeting room, take a look around and relax in the gardens.( I will be there by 2:00pm.)
3:00 pm…. check-in at the office, you will receive a welcome packet and map.
2:00-4:00 ........... set-up yoga props
4:00-5:30pm….....Rolling and Restoratives (bring your foam roller)
6:00-7:00pm .……..Dinner (catered)
Saturday :
7:30- 9:00 am………..breakfast
9:30-11:30am………morning yoga class
12:00- 1:00pm………lunch (catered)
1:30- 4:00pm……….free time ( relaxing, walking, hiking, reading, reflection, napping, tea )
4:00-5:30pm ……….restorative yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises)
6:00-7:00pm ……….dinner (catered)
Sunday :
7:30- 9:00 am………..breakfast
9:30-11:30am………..morning yoga class
12:00- 1:00pm……….lunch (catered)
1:30- 4:00pm…………free time (relaxing, walking, hiking, reading, reflection, napping, tea, )

Monday :
7:30-9:00am………….breakfast
9:30-11:00am………..morning yoga class
Morning checkout (9:00-12:00)……………….there will be a staggered checkout between 9:00 and 12:00 so they can have time to prepare the rooms for the next guests.
