What to Expect:
You will schedule the animal/s for drop off over the phone, in person, or via our online schedule form with our owner, Jeff Smith or another employee. An employee will call you a week prior to your appointment as a reminder. Once the appointment day has arrived you will drop the animal/s off between 3:00 and 4:30 pm. After dropping them off you will turn in your cut sheets (this can be done via email as well) or go into the office and fill out a cut sheet with Jeff and he will answer any questions you may have. The following day is kill day. You can expect to pick up the product within the following time period: Beef minimum 21-30 days ; Hogs minimum 7-10 days ; Lamb minimum of 7 days (all of these are estimated). Once the animal is processed an employee will call you to notify you that your product is ready for pickup. We allow our customers five business days to pick up after the first notice.
