In this real-world analytics project, I analyzed over 150,000 businesses across the USA and Canada to uncover what drives restaurant success on Yelp. By transforming unstructured JSON data into relational databases, I derived insights about user behavior, sentiment, and time trends using SQL and Python visualizations.
E-commerce platforms thrive on personalized experiences. But how can we group customers based on their shopping behavior? Can these segments help improve marketing strategies and customer engagement?
Developed a credit card usage dashboard to uncover ₹1.9 Cr in revenue loss from dormant users, highlight ₹3.9 Cr revenue from active segments, and surface 68% cross-sell opportunity. Delivered actionable insights using Power BI and Python (pandas).
Analyzed customer Churn data using Python, Pandas, and Seaborn to identify churn drivers. Found higher churn among month-to-month contracts, electronic check users, first-year customers, and senior citizens. Recommended strategies include contract incentives, early engagement, and personalized support to boost retention and align with business goals.
Designed a Financial Statement Analysis Dashboard using Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights on profitability, liquidity, and capital structure, helping drive strategic financial decisions and operational improvements.
