Your child's teacher and Smiley's school counselor are partnering to teach Redlands Unified School District's adopted social emotional learning program, Second Step. The Second Step Elementary Program is designed to improve students' social emotional skills, including growth mindset, goal-setting, emotion management, kindness and empathy, and problem-solving.
