Motivation
The vision of our school aims to make a turn from the traditional transfer of knowledge towards innovative, new teaching methods: research and project teaching, team work and purposeful use of ICT. In order to achieve this, continuous training and sharing of good teaching practice is necessary. There is a group of teachers who are highly motivated to follow innovative teaching methods and use digital technology in teaching.
They are happy to share their knowledge with others, so the whole school benefits for the benefit of our students, which is why we strive for quality teaching. Our desire is to connect even more with schools in Europe and through their experiences achieve the goals we have set for ourselves and respond to the school's needs. We want our students to make international contacts with their peers and strengthen self-confidence, improve communication and presentation skills through activities organized by teachers.
We want to improve awareness of the European dimension by encouraging intercultural cooperation. Teachers will get to know other educational systems, apply new methods and pedagogical practices in class, and learn to use new technologies. The project will contribute to the development of personal and professional skills of the participants. In students, we want to develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking and civic competences based on EU democratic values. Thus trained students of power
will be actively involved in environmental protection and work effectively in the community. To achieve this, teachers need to develop teaching strategies about climate change and sustainable development. By conducting activities among teachers and students and their parents, we want to make them aware of the need for joint action to realize the European Green Plan for the benefit of the entire community.
We will organize preparatory activities with teachers, carry out planned mobilities, share experiences with teachers at school. New technologies and work methods will be applied in classes, and good practice within the school will be spread through collegial observation. Dissemination will be carried out through the school's website, social networks, lectures at professional courses
gatherings, writing articles for school magazines. The school curriculum will be enriched with new projects related to teaching about climate change and sustainable development. The students will carry out practical activities related to environmental protection and, with their own initiative, encourage the local community to protect the environment, which fortunately is well preserved in the rural environment where
the school works. Workshops on the use of digital tools will be held, students will be involved in new eTwinning projects on environmental protection, significant dates will be marked: World Water Day, Earth Day, Environmental Protection Day, Car Free Day, etc.
