Grant chart is the chart the provide the horizontal schedule for planing the project. It help people to plan and see the work flow (Gantt, 1903). Therefore, our team was able to periodically grasp each schedule and performance by adopting a Gantt Chart reflecting the overall plan of the project.
Shared leadership means a concept in which the influence of multiple members is dispersed, not by a single designated individual, and refers to a dynamic and interactive process of influence among individuals in a group that aims to lead each other to achieve a group or organisation's goal or both (Pearce and Conger, 2003; cited by Zhu et al., 2018). Nordbäck and Espinosa (2019) argued that there is a positive correlation between shared leadership and team processes that contribute to organisational performance, and that more efficient group activities are expected if there is a mix of national cultures within the team or if different behavioural adjustments are possible. This means that when leadership is shared or uncoordinated within a team, team efficiency can be compromised, and well-coordinated shared leadership can expect potential benefits within a group and organisation. Therefore, from these two articles, we decided to describe our team as a shared leadership relation. Normally, we tried to separate work equally and assign the task for everyone within the team.
