1. Salary increase

The parties have agreed to a 2.5% salary increase for all salary schedules, retroactive to Fall 2019, and a further 1.5% salary increase for all salary schedules effective Fall 2020, unless the district formally requests to reopen and negotiate further prior to August 31, 2020, and a further 1.5% salary increase for all salary schedules effective Fall 2021, unless the district formally requests to reopen and negotiate further prior to August 31, 2020. The Faculty Association may request to reopen the salary article to seek salary increases at any time up until December 31 of 2020 or 2021.

Additionally, the parties have agreed to continue pursuing the creation of a formula to determine future salary increases based on objective data.
