At this time, registration is closed due to a high volume of recent submissions. We are completing a final review of our available space to ensure we remain within the limits of the venue. We will reopen and continue accepting registration if we have open spaces available.

Each vendor is required to donate one item from their booth for our raffle. Proceeds will go toward supporting our Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.

Vendor Cancellations:
Cancellations made after payment will incur a $25 processing fee. Any cancellations within four weeks of the scheduled craft fair may result in forfeiture of the full vendor fee.
Show Cancellations:
If the Craft Show is canceled by Southern Maine Community College, vendors will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Please note that refunds for payments made by check may take up to four weeks to process.
Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status for the PTK Craft Fair by March 5th, 2026. If accepted, you will receive information about making electronic payment. Alternatively, you may submit a check for the full amount, addressed to SMCC Phi Theta Kappa. It may be mailed to:

All payments must be received no later than March 20th, 2026. Failure to submit payment by this deadline will result in forfeiture of your booth, which may then be offered to another vendor.
